State E-Governance & Cloud Data Center Infrastructure Setup

Overview

The Department of Information Technology & Communications invites bids from empanelled agencies for the Procurement, Setup, and 5-Year AMC of Tier-3 Data Center Infrastructure to host state e-governance applications.

Scope of Work

• Supply, installation, and commissioning of servers, storage arrays, and networking equipment
• Implementation of hyperconverged infrastructure with 99.95% uptime SLA
• 24×7 Managed Security Operations Centre (SOC) services
• Cybersecurity hardening as per CERT-In guidelines
• DR (Disaster Recovery) site setup in separate geographic zone

Eligibility Criteria

• Registered company with minimum ₹50 Cr annual turnover for last 3 financial years
• ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 20000-1 certified
• Successfully delivered at least 2 similar projects worth ₹10 Cr each for Central/State Govt
• Valid EMD of ₹90,000 required with the bid
